VILT Gradebook

If you have employees taking live refreshers, you can monitor their progress using the VILT Gradebook. To get there, click the “VILT Gradebook” button in the left-hand column.

Select the refresher that you would like to review.

If any employees are enrolled, their name, email, and grades for any completed classes will be shown. You can toggle the list from Active to Inactive. Inactive Enrollments have completed the refresher training within the last 6 months.

Active Enrollments are currently completing the refresher training. 

For both active and inactive enrollments, you can click on the employee’s name to be taken to their profile.
